Siemens Healthineer is a leading global provider of medical solutions that contribute to the enhancement of patient care and overall healthcare outcomes. We are looking for an experienced Junior Java Developer to join our team and contribute to the advancement of healthcare technology. 


If you're a passionate Junior Java Developer with a background in software development, eager to make a difference in healthcare technology,  with the ability to:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance the platform that connects medical devices.
  • Utilize your 1+ years of hands-on software development experience in an agile environment
  • Demonstrate experience in Java / J2EE
  • Apply understanding of OOP principles and Clean Code practices.
  • Implement test automation and unit testing to ensure software reliability.
  • Participate in continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
  • Embrace an open feedback culture and drive continuous improvement within the team.
  • Use your excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for containerization and orchestration.
  • Experience with Quarkus
  • Experience with Oracle DB

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 1800 EUR brutto /month + VAR* 

*We are required by law to disclose the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions. We carefully consider your professional qualifications and experience in our compensation package and/or when offering you other positions.
